Belgrade, December 2, 2021 – ManpowerGroup organized a panel on “Human and business aspects of business inclusion”. Marija Škrbić Dražić, Coordinator for Community Development & Social Responsibility, Milica Mišković, Program Manager, RBF Serbia and Bojana Pavlović, doctoral student at the University of Belgrade spoke about the importance of inclusion, social integration, diversity, economic benefits, but also the challenges that come with inclusiveness, The panel discussion was moderated by Marina Kreculj Pešić, Regional People Development Manager, Assert International.

Some of the key issues in the panel discussion were how business inclusion, i.e. social integration in a broader sense, has a positive impact on the entire chain of stakeholders, as well as who these stakeholders are. It was also talked about the benefits and added value that employers, in addition to the human aspect, can achieve. For example, a research of the Boston Consulting Group has shown that managing diversity and inclusion within a company and leadership teams can increase revenue by 19 percent, precisely because of the innovation that diversity brings. The panelists concluded the discussion with their concrete proposals of what the first steps of employers towards increasing inclusiveness could be.

With the “Business Inclusion” project, Manpower Group launched a very important topic with the idea of empowering the candidates for employment, while on the other hand the goal is greater involvement, i.e. greater information of the business public, all with the ultimate goal of promoting equality, inclusion and diversity. Thanks to the continuous work with marginalized groups on the labor market, Manpower Group had the opportunity to conduct research and place the results of the first cycle of the project.
