
Neven received his formal education at the Department for Management and Production at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He acquired his informal education by attending numerous education programmes across Europe and the United States, including the course for management and leadership in the non-profit sector at Harvard University. Neven co-founded several social enterprises in Serbia, and he was among the initiators of various programmes that support social and young entrepreneurs such as incubators, financial support programmes and advocacy coalitions.
Neven has extensive experience in consulting various companies and international organizations such as the EBRD, the World Bank, the OSCE and the UNDP.


Neda was born in Čačak in 1975. She graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. She has been building up her work experience since 1999 by working in the business and civil sector, as well as in the media.

Ivana graduated from the Sociology Department at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. She has been active in the civil sector as an activist, educator and project coordinator since 1999.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, and acquired knowledge and skills in the field of corporate social responsibility and project management through a diverse non-formal education in the country and abroad. Her previous work experience is related to working in Adria Media and the Centre for Career Development and Student Counselling. She is a nature lover.
She gained experience in the field of finance by working in several companies and organizations. In 2010, she graduated with a degree in Sports Journalism from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education. She is proactive, organized and systematic in her work.
