Belgrade, April 6, 2022 – Twenty young entrepreneurs worked on developing their marketing strategy in order to make their ideas for a better society as sustainable and profitable as possible. The workshop was led by our longtime associates and business experts Sonja Dakić and Milica Čalija.

At this workshop, the participants of the Program for Sustainable Ideas had the opportunity to get familliar with the basics of storytelling. By working in groups they practiced how to communicate their social mission. With the support of consultants, participants further defined their ideal customer, communication channels, key features and benefits of their product in order to better position themselves on the market. The end of the day was marked by an exercise on how to set the price of their product / service.

The workshop “Marketing Strategy” is part of our incubation program for start-ups with social  and/or environmental impact and is the third out of six workshops that will be held until June 2022.

The Program for Sustainable Ideas is being implemented with the support of the US Embassy in Belgrade and is part of the five-year strategy and program of the Smart Impact Fund – Fund for the Development of Sustainable Economy.
