The 3rd cycle of the educational program “CSR Practice”, which aims to introduce young people with the concept of CSR and sustainable development, has been successfully completed. The program is organized by the Responsible Business Forum (RBF) and Smart Kolektiv in order to enable students and graduates to acquire additional education in topics that are extremely current in the field of business, and at the same time crucial for the society and the planet.

During October and November, participants of this year’s program had the opportunity to attend 14 online lectures and workshops held by sustainability experts from companies that are members of the Responsible Business Forum. This year program was supported by: A1 Serbia, Bosis, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia, Delta Holding, Elixir Group, Erste Bank, Gecić Law, Lidl Serbia, Nelt, Nordeus ant OTP Bank Serbia.

Through the selection process, 20 students and graduates were chosen from different fields of interest: law, economics, journalism, architecture, biotechnology, and all of them showed a concern for the community and the desire for positive change. After a month of the program, 17 of them managed to successfully complete the educational part of the program, and the best of them will get the opportunity to get practical experience in the form of an internship within the RBF office.

The impressions of the program participants were again very positive. As the greatest value of the program, participants highlighted an opportunity to acquire a knowledge they couldn’t get during the formal education and to familiarize with the concept of sustainability through examples of sustainable practices and company projects.

By organizing this program, the Responsible Business Forum wants to provide additional education for topics related to sustainability in business and to introduce young people who are just entering the labour market with the modern way of doing business and directions in which it will develop.
