Belgrade, April 2020 – During April, we have continued to provide business advising and support to 10 selected social enterprises within Program for sustainable businesses. Via online webinars, small group meetings and 1on1 consultations, social enterprises are working on development of their growth strategies and preparation for impact investments.

Due the escalation of COVID-19 pandemic, Program for sustainable businesses was slightly adapted in order to equip enterprises with tools and knowhow to overcome this crisis, adapt their business model and prepare contingency plans for similar situations in the future. The program has also kept its focus on refining business and impact growth strategies. During April, enterprises had several webinars and online consultations with mentors Marko Moracic and Sonja Dakic. Key topics were how COVID 19 pandemic have affected the business model, the team, market and customers and how enterprises can adapt their business model and market strategies to current situation and period of next one year.
