Masterclass ,,Making the space – making the difference’’ was held

On Thursday, June 23, a masterclass on the topic “Making the space – making the difference” was held at Smart kolektiv. 

The masterclass was led by Dejan Turk, CEO of A1 Serbia and A1 Slovenia and president of the Responsible Business Forum, who shared insights and experiences from his long-lasting and successful career with alumni and participants of Smart kolektiv’s support programs. The participants had an exclusive opportunity to learn more from the CEO of this large company, on how to overcome challenges and how to respond swiftly to changes in the business world. He stressed the importance for companies as key actors in a constantly changing world to remain open for change and new processes. Emphasizing the value that employees bring to companies, Mr. Turk addressed the importance of recognizing high quality human resources, but also how to stay unique and build your brand along the way.  

This is the third of five masterclasses that will take place in the coming period, in which top experts, top level managers and founders of successful businesses in Serbia will offer advice and share their experience from their rich business practice. These events are intended for micro, small and medium enterprises with positive social impact, participants of current and previous Smart Kolektiv programs. 

The masterclass sessions are organized within the Development of Sustainable Economy project which is implemented thanks to the support of the Open Society Foundation, Serbia.
