Belgrade, September 2020 – Responsible Business Forum in cooperation with the CSR Council of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and partners, is currently consulting with business representatives to define and develop a universal document – “Manifesto of Responsible and Sustainable Business in Serbia”, aimed at initiating stronger strategic business engagement in sector of social development, but also to point out at the need for greater cross-sectoral cooperation. Representatives of civil society organizations and state institutions were included in the consultative process through questionnaires with the aim of identifying needs, challenges and opportunities, as well as defining recommendations regarding the future engagement of the business sector in society. The “Manifesto of Responsible and Sustainable Business in Serbia” will be publicly promoted at the annual CSR Forum conference to be held on December 3-4, 2020.
