Smart Kolektiv, in collaboration with partners, has announced a call for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) to apply for the free program TRANSFORMATOR, aimed at accelerating their transition to more sustainable practices.
TRANSFORMATOR is designed as an intensive two-month program consisting of training sessions and workshops, combined into a comprehensive educational module. The program is intended for active small and medium-sized enterprises and civil society organizations, helping them prepare for future challenges and demands, and adapt their operations to sustainable principles. Through courses, advisory programs, and mentorship provided by dozens of investors, experts, and qualified mentors from specific fields, ten selected organisations will transform their business model from linear to sustainable.
The Transformator program is part of a larger regional program called “Sustainable Futures,” aimed at preparing SMEs for key future challenges. In addition to Transformator, SMEs have the opportunity to join the Sustainability Academy, a free e-learning platform aimed at providing basic knowledge about business sustainability and enabling self-paced learning.
The TRANSFORMATOR program was created with the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation and was launched in 2022 in Romania by the organization Social Innovation Solutions (SIS). The fourth edition is available in three new markets, including Croatia, Bulgaria, and Serbia, while Smart Kolektiv is the national partner for the Serbian market.
Applications for the TRANSFORMATOR program are open at www.transformator.global/serbia.
