Another edition of the Transformator program successfully concluded with an event in Bucharest, where 10 participants from the region competed for a grant, which was awarded to the Croatian social enterprise Humana Nova.

Over the course of two months, participants attended the program and developed ideas for sustainable transformation with the support of mentors in key areas relevant to the participants.

In Serbia, as many as thirteen members of the Personal Advisory Board—top experts in CSR, HR, sales, finance, and circular economy—provided participants with valuable guidance through one-on-one sessions, helping them refine their ideas and plans for implementing new sustainable practices in their businesses. Throughout the sustainable transformation program, participants were guided by Svetlana Damnjanović and Milica Mišković from ESG Knowledge Hub, who shared extensive experience in applying sustainability and ESG principles.

The awards for the best sustainable ideas in Serbia were won by the SMEs AngryLynx and Chocollama, which represented Serbia at the regional event in Bucharest on November 17–18. The €5,000 prize was awarded to Humana Nova from Croatia for improving the efficiency and sustainability of its textile processes. Humana Nova is a social enterprise that employs people with disabilities and other socially excluded groups, producing high-quality textile products from ecological and recycled materials for domestic and international markets, thereby contributing to community development and environmental preservation.

This is the second edition of the TRANSFORMATOR program in Serbia, which was launched in 2021 by Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) with the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation, with Smart Kolektiv as the national partner in Serbia. In addition to Serbia, the program is also held in Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Slovenia.
