May 31, 2026 – Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and civil society organizations are invited to apply for a full scholarship to TRANSFORMATOR 2026, an intensive educational programme delivered as part of the Sustainability Academy. Applications are open until 28 June 2026, and 20 participants will be selected to attend the programme free of charge.

TRANSFORMATOR is designed for organizations that want to strengthen their business through sustainable practices, develop a clear growth strategy, and prepare for the challenges of today’s market. During the two-month programme, running from September to November 2026, participants will develop more sustainable and resilient business models through lectures, workshops, mentoring, and one-on-one sessions with experts.

The programme combines online and in-person learning, including two two-day Bootcamps in Belgrade, individual consultations, mentoring, sessions with members of the Personal Advisory Board, and networking opportunities with experts, investors, and fellow participants. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to present their business transformation initiative that they develop during the program, in a regional bootcamp in Bucharest, bringing together participants from across Central and Eastern Europe (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Romania)

The programme is intended for decision-makers and senior managers in SMEs and civil society organizations who have the authority to lead organizational change. It is particularly suited to organizations planning to grow, align their operations with sustainability principles, and transform their business models to become more sustainable.

Participation is fully funded for the 20 selected participants, who will be awarded full scholarships based on the quality of their applications.

Applications are open until 28 June 2026 via online form.

This year, TRANSFORMATOR is being delivered in Serbia for the third time and, for the first time, is also open to participants from Montenegro. Through its previous editions, the programme has supported 28 SMEs and civil society organizations in developing more sustainable business models, while each cycle concludes with the recognition of the most impactful sustainability initiatives.

TRANSFORMATOR is part of the regional Sustainable Futures initiative, launched in 2021 by Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) with the support of The Coca-Cola Foundation. The national partner for Serbia is Smart Kolektiv, which delivers the programme as part of the Sustainability Academy.
