Thanks to the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation, this year’s TRANSFORMATOR program has been expanded with 5 additional spots for new participants.
This unique two-month educational program is dedicated to the sustainable transformation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), as well as civil society organizations (CSOs). Participants will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge free of charge, receive guidance from top experts, improve their business operations, and connect with a community that shares the same values.
The program includes online lectures, two two-day trainings in Belgrade, and mentoring sessions with a personal advisory board consisting of independent experts, successful entrepreneurs, and investors. Throughout the program, 20 selected participants will develop the key skills needed to enhance their business in line with sustainability principles, modern trends, legislation, and current market opportunities.
The program runs from September 16 to November 5, 2025, and applications are open until September 5.

TRANSFORMATOR is being implemented simultaneously in five countries: in Romania (for the fifth time), Croatia, Bulgaria, and Serbia (for the second time), and for the first time in Slovenia. The program was launched in 2021 by Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) with the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation, while the national partner for Serbia is Smart Kolektiv.
