The Sidro Foundation, in partnership with Smart Kolektiv, is announcing the results of the call for project proposals aimed at promoting sustainable agriculture, business innovation, inclusion of vulnerable groups, or the revitalisation of rural areas.
The call, launched on January 15 and open until February 17, received a total of 673 applications. After an administrative review of all submissions, an independent commission composed of experts in areas relevant to the call’s objectives conducted a detailed evaluation of each project. Based on predefined criteria listed in the public call, 30 projects were selected for their high potential to meet the call’s goals.
From March 18 to March 28, site visits were organised for the 30 shortlisted projects. During these visits, discussions were held with applicants to clarify project details and assess the feasibility of implementation on the ground. Based on the gathered insights, the commission carried out the final selection and chose 22 projects for support. The next steps include preparing the necessary documentation and signing contracts with the selected candidates.
