Neven Marinović
Neven Marinović is a social entrepreneur, Co-founder and Executive Director of Smart Kolektiv, a leading Serbian organisation in the field of CSR and social entrepreneurship. He is also Director of the Responsible Business Forum –a network of socially responsible companies in Serbia.

Neven received his formal education at the Department for Management and Production at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He acquired his informal education by attending numerous education programmes across Europe and the United States, including the course for management and leadership in the non-profit sector at Harvard University. Neven co-founded several social enterprises in Serbia, and he was among the initiators of various programmes that support social and young entrepreneurs such as incubators, financial support programmes and advocacy coalitions.

Neven has extensive experience in consulting various companies and international organizations such as the EBRD, the World Bank, the OSCE and the UNDP.

Maja Milošević
Maja Milošević
Maja has been working in Smart Kolektiv as the Finance and Operations Manager since 2007. She built her professional portfolio by working in various sectors. Maja monitors the work of the entire organization, manages financial and administrative affairs, financial planning and she is responsible for ensuring a constant and stable flow of finances. She possesses extensive experience concerning local and international projects. She tackles challenges with a high degree of professionalism.
Neda Stanković
Neda Stanković
Since 2009, she has been a permanent associate and advisor for entrepreneurship and sustainable development in Smart Kolektiv. She manages the Youth Business Serbia programme, which provides comprehensive support to young people with regard to starting and running their business. During 2016, she was engaged as an expert of the consultancy firm FAKT on the project “Youth Employment Promotion (YEP)”, which is being implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

Neda was born in Čačak in 1975. She graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. She has been building up her work experience since 1999 by working in the business and civil sector, as well as in the media.

Ivana Stančić
Ivana Stančić
Ivana joined the Smart Kolektiv team in 2009 and became engaged on projects related to strengthening social enterprises and civil society organizations. As the manager of the Social Innovations Programme, she is responsible for developing and implementing professional and financial support programmes for social enterprises, social campaigns, developing partnerships with the business sector and promoting social entrepreneurship through various platforms such as the Social Innovations Forum. Ivana is involved in the work of the Coalition for Social Entrepreneurship Development, she is one of the coordinators of the Social Economy Network Serbia, and she coordinates the work of the social enterprise the Good Bag.

Ivana graduated from the Sociology Department at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. She has been active in the civil sector as an activist, educator and project coordinator since 1999.

Milica Mišković

Sustainability Associate
From 2011 to 2023, Milica Mišković was part of the Smart Kolektiv team, where she advanced from the position of Project Assistant to Program Manager, developing and leading projects focused on improving social and environmental issues through collaboration with the business sector.
As a sustainability strategist, Milica has expertise in applying ESG methodologies, including reporting, assessment, and conducting due diligence. She continues to collaborate with Smart Kolektiv as an external associate and sustainability advisor, contributing to the development of programs and initiatives that promote responsible and sustainable business practices.
Marija Trkulja
Marija Trkulja
Since 2012, she has been working in Smart Kolektiv in the Finance and Operations sector. Marija is in charge of preparing and writing financial reports, processing and classifying documentation as well as communicating with partners.

She gained experience in the field of finance by working in several companies and organizations. In 2010, she graduated with a degree in Sports Journalism from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education. She is proactive, organized and systematic in her work.
