The CSR & ESG Forum, on December 12, will bring together experts in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility to present current solutions and trends in these areas, with a focus on the theme of diversity and inclusion. The conference will feature leading international and domestic experts in the field, including Ivana Joksimović, assistant to Minister for Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue; Jovana Krivokuća Milovanović, Executive Director, Youth with Disabilities Forum; Sonja Konakov Svirčev, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Erste Bank; Tijana Koprivica, Chief Sustainability Officer, Delta holding, member of Responsible Business Forum’s the Steering Committee among others.

As part of the event, the Responsible Business Forum and Smart Kolektiv will announce the winner of the Most Inclusive Employer Award. This award, presented for the first time, recognizes companies committed to creating a work environment where all employees have equal opportunities for advancement and feel included and accepted in all aspects of work.

The conference will pay special attention to trends in sustainable development and multisectoral perspectives. During 10 parallel roundtable discussions, participants will delve into these topics, exchanging valuable experiences and insights.

This year, the CSR & ESG Forum will again award the “Sustainability Champions” accolades for the best projects, recognizing companies that have incorporated sustainable development goals into their business and sustainability strategies.

A novelty of this year’s conference are the young participants of the educational program “Sustainability Starter,” who will present solutions to sustainability challenges they have carefully worked on with the support of mentors from leading companies. These challenges include implementing ESG strategies into daily business operations, designing campaigns to raise awareness about food waste, assessing the sustainability of a company’s supply chain, and more.

The “CSR&ESG Forum – Diversity of Perspectives” conference is implemented with the support of the “Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Youth with Disabilities Forum. Other project partners are the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Caritas of Serbia, Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities

The conference is further supported by the “Sustainable Development for All” platform supported by the Governments of Switzerland and Germany, and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as part of the Public Finance Reform Project – Agenda 2030.  The conference friends are Coca Cola HBC Serbia, Ahold Delhaize Serbia and Elixir Group.
