The awarding ceremony for the companies that integrated sustainable development goals into their business was held as part of CSR & ESG FORUM conference program.  

The Champions of Sustainability award, which aims to highlight projects that directly contribute to the fulfilment of the 2030 Agenda, has been given for the second time. Awards for outstanding contribution to the various sub-goals of the 2030 Agenda were given to the following projects and companies: Coca-Cola HBC Srbija – “Vlasina pure love’’, Delhaize Serbia – “Innovative poultry nutrition concept – Chicken without antibiotics’’, Delta holding – “Our village’’, Erste Bank – “Erste znali”,  Lidl Serbia – “Want to Switch Places? Move.”, Nestle Adriatic S – “Regenerative agriculture”, OTP banka Srbija – “Generator ZERO’’, Telekom Srbija – “No species dies alone” and TITAN Cementara Kosjerić – “Integrated Annual Report for 2021”. 

“This is already the second consecutive year that the Forum highlights successful business projects that contribute to the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda. Through awarding recognition, we want to additionally motivate these companies to continue with this practice, but also to encourage others to start thinking about it”, said Neven Marinović on behalf of the Responsible Business Forum. 

The CSR & ESG Forum was held for the thirteenth time on December 9 at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade. The conference brought together members of various sectors who presented current solutions and trends in the field of socially responsible business with a special focus on ESG criteria and sustainable development goals.  

The “Champions of Sustainability” award ceremony was organized as part of the SDG sessions of the conference, which were supported by the “SDGs for All” platform, which is supported by the Governments of Switzerland and Germany, and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as part of the Public Finance Reform – 2030 Agenda project. The ceremony was held as part of the conference CSR & ESG FORUM, which was organized by Responsible Business Forum and Smart Kolektiv, in cooperation with the International Financial Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, within the integrated ESG program supported by Swiss Government through the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO. The support to the conference has also been provided by the “SDGs for All” Platform supported by the Governments of Switzerland and Germany, and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as part of the Public Finance Reform – 2030 Agenda project.
