On Monday, July 4, the fourth masterclass was held in the premises of Coca-Cola HBC Serbia, Academy 24/7. The masterclass with the title “Leadership comes in all shapes and forms” was held by Coca-Cola HBC Serbia General Manager and Vice President of the Responsible Business Forum, Svetoslav Atanasov.
On this occasion, representatives of social enterprises had the opportunity to hear more about the modern understanding of leadership, as well as the importance that corporate social responsibility has in business today. Mr. Atanasov talked about his career path and the importance of setting goals and strategic planning, both long-term and short-term. In his address, he emphasized the importance of learning and working on yourself, but also crucial it is to build a diverse team in which everyone will actively contribute and add a new perspective.
This is the fourth out of five masterclasses that will take place in the coming period, in which top experts, top level managers and founders of successful businesses in Serbia will give advice and share their experience from their rich business practice. These events are intended for micro, small and medium enterprises with positive social impact, participants of current and previous Smart Kolektiv programs.
The masterclass sessions are organized within the Development of Sustainable Economy project which is implemented thanks to the support of the Open Society Foundation, Serbia.
